Final Quilt Layout

Here is the final layout that I decided on. This is why I always give it a few days before making a decision! I have decided who will get this quilt and let them help me decide on the border color. I also picked up some cool backing fabric so this quilt will be finished soon. This is the most fun I’ve had making a quilt in a long time.

Next I am working on endless 2.5 inch squares to make a real quilt-y quilt. It is the most random collection of squares ever, they are from several local quilters. We all put in 16 bags of 25 squares and took a random assortment out. Stay tuned. It should be interesting and colorful!
