Pasta with Carrots and Fresh Mozzarella
Boxed pasta, quantity and type your choice
Bottled pasta sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil a good standard
Carrots cut into chunks about the size of your pasta pieces
Fresh mozzarella cut into pieces about square cm size
Boil water. About 5 minutes before you put in the pasta, throw in the carrots (unless you like your carrots al dente). Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, do not rinse, and put back into pot. Set back on stove with low heat. Add the pasta sauce and stir to make sure you have a good proportion of sauce. As you are stirring, throw in the mozzarella. The mozzarella will become stringy as it heats, this is how you know it is warmed through.
