This chapter lists 12 forms of value with moneymaking potential, then explains ways to test whether your business will prove profitable. The biggest key seems to be Feedback, you need Feedback from real potential customers, preferably in the form of open-ended questions. You must be open to changing your idea. Here’s the list, there are details in the book book but most are self-explanatory.

  11. Insurance
  12. Capital

One fun new acronym is CIA (Critically Important Assumption).  To be a success, it is important to question your CIAs.  There are always CIAs involved to making money.
